Our CHIARA refund and returns policy is simple and fair. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To complete your return, please send us your receipt or proof of purchase. Moreover, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm. We also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and apply a credit to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us a chiara@lsocias.santcugatesn.com.
Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour, return your item and place a new order. Send us an email at chiara@lsocias.santcugatesn.com and we will help you.
Shipping
CHIARA delivers internationally to Singapore. All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain, via maritime transport in partnership with Kuehne + Nagel, our trusted freight forwarder.
Delivery times : Orders are processed within 2–3 business days upon confirmation of payment. Estimated delivery time to Singapore is 28–35 days from the date of shipment.
Shipping costs:Shipping costs are included in the product price. No additional charges will be applied at checkout.
Taxes and duties: The product price does not include Singapore’s Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 9%, which is applicable at destination and will be collected upon delivery.
Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment at every stage.
Shipping returns
To return your product, contact us at chiara@lsocias.santcugatesn.com and our logistics partner in Singapore (Ninja Van) will coordinate the collection from your address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items, where CHIARA covers the full cost. We recommend keeping proof of your return shipment until the refund has been confirmed.
